200 SRA-regulated firms in England and Wales list business immigration work, including firms in 19 of the 32 towns and cities we cover. Describe your problem and we will match you with the ones that handle it.
Firm data from the Solicitors Regulation Authority register, last checked 14 October 2026.
Sponsor licences, skilled worker visas, right to work compliance and Home Office audits. The penalties for getting compliance wrong are substantial and fall on the employer, and a licence can be suspended or revoked with immediate effect on the people you sponsor. Describe what you need and Super Solicitor will match you with an SRA-regulated business immigration specialist.
Firms that have verified their listing with us come first. To see which firms fit your problem, describe it in the search box.

You apply to the Home Office, demonstrating that the roles are genuine and eligible, that you have HR systems capable of meeting the sponsor duties, and that key personnel are in place. Applications are refused for record keeping failings as often as for anything about the role itself, and a refusal carries a cooling off period.
You must check and correctly record the right to work of every employee before they start, and repeat checks where permission is time limited. A correct check gives a statutory excuse against a civil penalty. Without one, penalties run to tens of thousands of pounds per illegal worker.
An officer reviews records, interviews staff and inspects premises, sometimes unannounced. Problems commonly found include missing documents, unreported changes and roles that do not match the job description sponsored. Preparing in advance is the whole of the work.
Act immediately. You will normally have twenty working days to respond, and the quality of that response usually determines whether the licence is reinstated or revoked. Revocation means sponsored workers have their permission curtailed, so this is an emergency for your people as well as your business.
