SRA Verified means your firm is on the SRA register and has been automatically included. Super Solicitor Verified means you have claimed your listing, verified your identity, and completed your profile. Super Solicitor Verified firms receive priority placement in AI match results and a more prominent green badge.
When a potential client describes their situation, our AI identifies the relevant practice area and matches them with SRA-regulated firms that cover that area. Super Solicitor Verified firms are ranked higher. Match scores are based on practice area fit, profile completeness, and performance metrics over time.
Only when you update a referral to "Accepted" in your portal dashboard. Viewing a referral or contacting a client does not trigger a charge.
Yes. Message the Super Solicitor team via your portal inbox and we will update your plan. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

Our model is not a referral fee arrangement under section 56 of LASPO as we do not receive a fee for referring personal injury matters. For PI cases we operate as an introducer, and our fees are structured accordingly. We recommend you review our terms with your compliance officer if you have any concerns.
