Super Solicitor Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your details are shared only with the solicitor you choose to contact, and only with your permission.

Super Solicitor is a trading name of Big In The North Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. We operate the website supersolicitor.co.uk. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. References to “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy refer to Big In The North Limited trading as Super Solicitor.

  1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the following types of data:

Search data: the text you type into our AI search tool. This is used to identify your legal situation and match you with a solicitor. It is not stored against your identity unless you submit a lead form.

Lead form data: when you request a consultation, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and a description of your situation.

Solicitor listing data: if you are a solicitor, we collect your firm details, contact information, and practice areas.

Usage data: we collect standard analytics data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) via Google Analytics. We also use advertising pixels from Google and Meta (Facebook) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

To match you with relevant solicitors based on your situation.
To send your contact details to the solicitor you request a consultation from.
To send you a confirmation email when you submit a lead form.
To improve our AI matching and platform quality.
To measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (via Google and Meta pixels).
To understand how visitors use our website (via Google Analytics).

  1. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

The solicitor you select: only when you submit a consultation request.
Formspree: our email notification provider (formspree.io).
Supabase: our database provider (supabase.com). Data is stored in the EU.
Anthropic: the AI provider (anthropic.com) powering our case analysis. Your query text is sent to their API. Anthropic do not train their models on API data by default.
Google: we use Google Analytics to understand site usage, and Google Ads pixels to measure advertising performance. Google may process data in accordance with their privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
Meta (Facebook): we use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may process data in accordance with their privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy).

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers for targeting purposes.

  1. DATA RETENTION

Lead data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

  1. YOUR RIGHTS

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing of your data, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our contact page.

Essential cookies: required for the platform to function. These cannot be declined.

Analytics cookies: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. These cookies track page views, session duration, and navigation patterns. They are only set if you accept cookies.
